- We offer free returns on all domestic orders.
- Customers can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
- A doorstep pickup will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging (if available).
- Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
To initiate a return:

- Mention your order ID, product name, and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup through our logistics partner Shiprocket
- You will receive updates via email/SMS regarding pickup status.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Return shipping is free.
- Other returns (e.g., change of mind): Return shipping is free for Domestic/National/India Orders but not for International Orders.
Once the product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is initiated
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Sale and discounted items are eligible for a full refund within India only, with free return shipping provided.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, and this policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
